Thank you for your answers. I should be more specific in my questions. We have a small budget for an estimate of 200 guests. The max we can do is abt 15-20 k for everything but still want to have the best. We want Lili %26amp; orchids for flowers arrangement. How do i manage to get the most out of it with my budget? thanks again for your advises.

The place looks gorgeous--but I don%26#039;t think you know what you are getting into! Your ceremony %26amp; reception SITE w/ security deposit will be $3500.00 . Even if you get a caterer for $35. a head-that%26#039;s $7000.00 right there. That%26#039;s not including cocktail hour, COCKTAILS, bartenders, music, linens for the tables, othere decorations, etc. If you have your heart set on lilies %26amp; orchids-you will have to scrimp somewhere else. Some ideas...make your own invites, have a buffet instead of sit down dinner, or better yet just hor d%26#039;oeurves, since most people get full on them b/4 dinner anyway..DJ instead of band, ask a friend to videotape for you..Fridays or afternnons are usually cheaper too. Put ALOT of greens in with those orchids!! Good luck.
